The invention relates to the technical field of battery equalization control, and particularly relates to a passive equalization control method for a power battery of a new energy automobile. The method comprises the steps of carrying out a round of voltage query of the battery cells at an interval of Tn(material, structure); and when the absolute value of the difference between the actual voltageUn(tep, time) of one or more cells in the battery and the average voltage of the cells of the battery is out of a set safe voltage range, carrying out passive equalization control, wherein the passive equalization control process comprises the steps of calculating the difference SOC' between the theoretical total capacity SOC of the battery and the real-time electric quantity SOC of the battery, determining the SOC range to which the SOC' belongs by querying an SOC range-equalization current I comparison table, carrying out equalization control according to the equalizationcurrent corresponding to the SOC range in the SOC range-equalization current I comparison table, and carrying out passive equalization when the electric quantity difference between the battery cellsreaches a threshold value. The difference area of the electric quantity is fully considered, the equalization current can be controlled in a reasonable small area, and the accuracy of passive equalization control is ensured.

    本发明涉及电池均衡控制技术领域,具体涉及一种新能源汽车动力电池被动均衡控制方法,包括每隔时间T(material,structure),进行一轮电池电芯的电压查询;当电池中存在一节或多节电芯的实际电压U(tep,time)与电池电芯的平均电压差值绝对值在设定的安全电压范围外,则进行被动均衡控制;所述被动均衡控制过程为:计算电池理论总容量SOC与电池实时电量SOC的差值SOC′,通过查询SOC范围‑均衡电流I对照表确定SOC′所属的SOC范围,并根据所述SOC范围‑均衡电流I对照表中所属SOC范围对应的均衡电流进行均衡控制当电芯之间的电量差异达到阈值时进行被动均衡,且充分考虑电量的差异区域,可将均衡电流控制在合理的较小区域,保证被动均衡控制的准确性。
