The invention provides a braking energy recovery control method for a new energy cargo vehicle, and belongs to the field of vehicle energy recovery. The method comprises the steps of establishing a corresponding relation table when the vehicle is in a straight road surface constant-speed driving state; obtaining a starting moment motor torque and an ending moment motor torque when the vehicle is in an acceleration state, and calculating the acceleration of an acceleration stage; calculating the average driving speed and the average motor torque when the vehicle is in a straight road surface constant-speed driving state; estimating the current whole vehicle mass; querying the corresponding relation table according to the current whole vehicle mass and the average running speed to obtain a motor torque table look-up value; calculating a road gradient; calculating the sliding braking torque of the vehicle according to the current whole vehicle mass, the road gradient, the average drivingspeed, the transmission ratio and the tire rolling radius; and controlling a power system of the vehicle to output the sliding braking torque. According to the invention, the driving feeling can be improved, and energy waste caused by improper sliding braking torque is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种用于新能源载货车辆的制动能量回收控制方法,属于车辆能量回收领域。该方法包括:建立车辆处于平直路面匀速行驶状态时的对应关系表;获取车辆处于加速状态时的起始时刻电机扭矩和终止时刻电机扭矩,并计算加速阶段加速度;计算车辆处于平直路面匀速行驶状态时的平均行驶速度和平均电机扭矩;估算当前整车质量;根据当前整车质量和平均行驶速度查询对应关系表,以获取电机扭矩查表值;计算道路坡度;根据当前整车质量、道路坡度、平均行驶速度、传动比和轮胎滚动半径计算车辆的滑行制动力矩;控制车辆的动力系统输出滑行制动力矩。本发明能够提高驾驶感受,避免滑行制动力矩不当造成的能量浪费。
