The invention discloses an electric vehicle regenerative braking control strategy based on road surface recognition. The electric vehicle regenerative braking control strategy comprises the steps of 1) collecting vehicle operation parameters in real time, and calculating a slip rate and utilization attachment coefficient in real time; 2) judging the state of the vehicle, if the vehicle is in a braking state, implementing regenerative braking control strategy processing, otherwise, executing the step 1), wherein the regenerative braking control strategy processing for the vehicle comprises thesteps of identifying the type of the road surface where the vehicle travels currently, calculating the current expected total braking force and braking strength, obtaining a front and rear wheel braking force optimal distribution rule and a regenerative braking force distribution rule based on the road surface type and the braking strength, obtaining the braking force needed by the front wheel according to the front and rear wheel braking force optimal distribution rule, conducting secondary distribution on the braking force needed by the front wheel according to the regenerative braking forcedistribution rule, and determining the front wheel friction braking force and regenerative braking force. According to the invention, the maximum efficiency of regenerative braking energy recovery can be achieved on the premise that the braking stability and the braking safety are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种基于路面识别的电动汽车再生制动控制策略,包括以下步骤:1)实时采集车辆运行参数;实时计算滑移率和利用附着系数;2)判断车辆状态,若处于制动状态,实施再生制动控制策略处理;否则执行步骤1);所述对车辆实施再生制动控制策略处理包括:辨识车辆当前行驶的路面类型,计算当前期望的总制动力和制动强度;获得基于路面类型与制动强度的前后轮制动力优化分配规则和再生制动力分配规则;根据前后轮制动力优化分配规则,得到前轮所需制动力;根据再生制动力分配规则对前轮所需制动力进行二次分配,确定前轮摩擦制动力和再生制动力。本发明能够在保证制动稳定性和制动安全性的前提下实现再生制动能量回收的效率最大化。
