The invention relates to a composite shielding structure suitable for a wireless power supply system of an electric automobile. The structure comprises an aluminum cover, an aluminum oxide ceramic heat conduction plate, a magnetic material shielding plate, a receiving coil and a bakelite substrate, wherein the magnetic material shielding plate comprises a shielding plate chamfer and a splicing plate, the splicing plate is formed by splicing plate-shaped structures with various shapes, the plate-shaped structures are made of two magnetic materials including manganese-zinc power ferrite and iron-based nanocrystalline alloy, the receiving coil is arranged between the substrate inner frame boundary and the substrate outer frame boundary of the bakelite substrate, the magnetic material shielding plate covers the receiving coil, the aluminum oxide ceramic heat conduction plate covers the magnetic material shielding plate, the aluminum cover covers above the aluminum oxide ceramic heat conduction plate, and the aluminum cover and the bakelite substrate are fixed into a whole through screws. According to the invention, the magnetic material can be reasonably utilized to shield electromagnetic radiation, and heat generated in the charging process can be conducted to ensure effective operation of the system.

    本发明为一种适用于电动汽车无线供电系统的复合式屏蔽结构。该结构包括铝盖、氧化铝陶瓷导热板、磁性材料屏蔽板、接收线圈和电木基板;所述的磁性材料屏蔽板包括屏蔽板倒角和拼合板;所述的拼合板由锰锌功率铁氧体和铁基纳米晶合金两种磁性材料制作所得多种形状的板状结构拼接而成。接收线圈设置于电木基板的基板内框边界和基板外框边界之间,磁性材料屏蔽板覆盖在接收线圈之上,氧化铝陶瓷导热板覆盖在磁性材料屏蔽板之上,铝盖覆盖在氧化铝陶瓷导热板上方,并通过螺钉和电木基板固定为一体。本发明不仅可以合理利用磁性材料屏蔽电磁辐射,还可以传导充电过程中所产生的热量以保证系统有效运行。
