The invention discloses a vehicle-road cooperation system for automatic driving of an intelligent vehicle and a cooperation control method. According to the system, roadside end devices are arranged along the two sides of a road according to areas; direct communication with a vehicle which runs on a road and has an automatic driving function is realized; higher-quality automatic driving experiencecan be realized by utilizing the existing hardware configuration of the low-grade automatic driving vehicle; due to the fact that road traffic and vehicle guiding data support can be provided for most intelligent vehicles running on the road after the roadside end equipment is arranged, high-quality automatic driving experience is guaranteed, and meanwhile the investment cost and design difficulty of the automatic driving vehicles are reduced as much as possible. According to the method, the roadside end devices are reasonably arranged on the two sides along the road, the higher-quality automatic driving target can be achieved on the basis of existing low-grade intelligent vehicle hardware, and the method is easy to achieve, relatively low in investment cost and capable of better meetingthe requirement for large-scale application and popularization of the automatic driving technology.

    本发明公开了一种用于智能车辆自动驾驶的车路协同系统及协同控制方法,该系统通过在道路两侧沿线按区域布设路侧端设备,并与道路上行驶的具备自动驾驶功能的车辆直接通信,可以利用低等级自动驾驶车辆的现有硬件配置实现更高质量的自动驾驶体验,由于路侧端设备布设后可以为道路上行驶的大部分智能车辆提供道路交通和车辆引导数据支持,从而在保证高质量的自动驾驶体验的同时,尽可能的降低自动驾驶车辆的投入成本和设计难度。该方法通过道路沿线两侧合理布设路侧端设备,可以在现有低等级智能车辆硬件基础上,实现更加高质量自动驾驶目标,该方法不仅易于实现,投入成本也相对较低,更能满足自动驾驶技术的大范围推广应用的需求。
