The invention relates to a method for realizing tramcar anti-congestion control based on a road traffic state. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) judging the congestion condition of eachbottleneck road section when the plurality of bottleneck road sections are congested at the same time, and taking the bottleneck road section with the maximum congestion level as a control target; (2) judging whether the bottleneck road section is congested or not, and if so, continuing to execute the step (3), and otherwise, calculating and storing a fine adjustment signal timing scheme; and (3)calculating the adjustment scheme of the congestion condition of the bottleneck road section. By adopting the method, the number of vehicles converging into the congested road sections at upstream and downstream intersections is automatically adjusted, and the queuing length of vehicles at key intersections is effectively reduced; an optimal signal timing adjustment scheme is automatically generated by adopting a method based on the combination of intersection flow data and fixed modes; tramcar anti-congestion control is carried out on key areas; and on the premise of overall coordination, atramcar priority passage right is given, the punctuality of tramcars is guaranteed as much as possible, and traffic congestion during peak hours is effectively relieved.

    本发明涉及一种基于道路交通状态实现有轨电车防拥堵控制的方法,包括以下步骤(1)判断多条瓶颈路段同时拥堵时各瓶颈路段的拥堵情况,并取拥堵等级最大的瓶颈路段为控制目标;(2)判断所述的瓶颈路段是否拥堵,如果是,继续步骤(3);否则,计算并保存微调信号配时方案;(3)计算所述的瓶颈路段拥堵情况的调节方案。采用了该方法,自动地调整上下游路口汇入该拥堵路段的车辆数量,有效降低关键路口的车辆的排队长度;采用基于路口流量数据和固定模式相结合的方法,自动生成最佳信号配时调整方案;针对重点区域进行有轨电车防拥堵控制,在统筹协调前提下,给予有轨电车优先通行权,尽量保证有轨电车的准点,有效地缓解高峰期间交通拥堵。
