The invention relates to the technical field of spaceflight, in particular to a carrier rocket, an initiating explosive cutting cable protective cover and an assembly of the initiating explosive cutting cable protective cover. The initiating explosive cutting cable protective cover comprises four cover sections, and the extending direction of the end face of each cover section is the same with theextending direction of one diameter A-A of the initiating explosive cutting cable protective cover; two cover sections are symmetrically arranged by taking the other diameter B-B of the initiating explosive cutting cable protection cover as the symmetry axis, and the diameter B-B is perpendicular to the diameter A-A; the other two cover sections are respectively inserted into a gap between the two cover sections which are symmetrically arranged by taking the diameter B-B as a symmetry axis; a gap with a certain distance is formed between the end faces of every two adjacent cover sections, and the inner surface of one cover section and the outer surface of the other cover section adjacent to the cover section are overlapped to a certain extent. According to the initiating explosive cutting cable protective cover, the requirement for a cabin space of initiating explosive cutting cable protective cover installation can be lowered.
