The invention discloses a two-end traction type tunnel ship navigation control method. The method is characterized in that tractor tracks are arranged on shores on two sides of a tunnel or at the topof the tunnel along the length direction of the tunnel; tractors are arranged on the tractor tracks in pairs in the front-back direction; a traction device is arranged on each tractor; the traction device comprises a traction rope used for pulling a ship, in the navigation control process, forward traction force is applied to the ship through a front tractor, backward reverse constraint force is applied to the ship through a rear tractor, and the ship is controlled to pass through an acceleration running section and then run out of a tunnel at a constant speed. The two-end traction type tunnelship navigation control method has the advantages of being better in ship traction navigation effect, better in navigation stability and higher in safety.
