A bicycle energy storage power assisting system comprises a hollow shaft arranged on a bicycle frame in a pivoted mode, a driving fluted disc and a first fluted disc which are connected with the hollow shaft and located at the two sides of the bicycle frame respectively, a crank mandrel which is located in the hollow shaft coaxially, a first shell piece which is connected with the first fluted disc; a second shell piece which is connected with the crank mandrel and corresponds to the first shell piece, an energy storage element whose two ends are respectively connected with the first shell piece and the second shell piece, a connected piece which is connected with the crank mandrel and is adjacent to the driving fluted disc, and a shaft seat which is connected with the driving fluted disc,and is provided with a linkage shaft moving relative to the connected piece in a connecting or separating manner, so that the first shell piece and the second shell piece rotate at the same time or the first shell piece rotates independently, and the power storage assembly is controlled to output power or store power.
