The invention relates to an electronic mechanical driving mechanism which comprises a direct-current torque motor, an encoder, an electromagnetic brake, a planetary gear, a box body, a front cover, arear cover, a dustproof cover and the like. An encoder stator part is fixed on the motor rear cover, and an encoder rotor part is locked on a motor shaft through a self-locking mechanism; an electromagnetic brake stator is fixed on the motor rear cover, and a brake rotor transmits power to the motor shaft through a flat key; the output end of the motor shaft is fixed to a sun gear in the planetarygear, a gear ring in the planetary gear is fixed to the motor front cover, and the planetary gear outputs braking force through a planet carrier. The electronic mechanical driving mechanism is compact in structure, convenient to install and easy to maintain, has a bidirectional braking function, can monitor the rotating angle of the motor shaft in real time, and is high in adjusting precision, safe and reliable. When a fault occurs, an operator can rotate a hexagonal reset screw rod to carry out emergency mechanical relief.

    本发明涉及一种电子机械驱动机构,包括直流力矩电机、编码器、电磁制动器和行星齿轮及箱体、前后盖、防尘盖等组件。编码器定子部分固定在电机后盖上,编码器转子部分通过自身锁紧机构抱死在电机轴上;电磁制动器定子固定在电机后盖上,制动器转子通过平键与电机轴之间传递动力;电机轴输出端与行星齿轮中太阳轮固定,行星齿轮中齿圈与电机前盖固定,行星轮通过行星架将制动力输出。发明的电子机械驱动机构结构紧凑、安装方便、维护简易,具有提供双向制动功能,且能实时监测电机轴旋转角度,调节精度高,安全可靠;在遇到故障时,操作人员可旋转六角复位螺杆进行紧急机械缓解。
