The invention provides a vehicle running track optimization system which comprises a sensing system, an intelligent driving system, a driving control system and a suspension system, the sensing systemcan send a rut road surface curve that a vehicle is going to pass to the intelligent driving system. The intelligent driving system can optimize vehicle driving ruts according to a driving route planand a scene driving plan and send an optimization result to the driving control system and the suspension system. And the driving control system and the suspension system can execute an optimal vehicle driving track plan, the passing speed of each point of the curve and a suspension system control strategy of each point of the curve and feed back the optimal vehicle driving track plan, the passing speed and the suspension system control strategy to the intelligent driving system. The invention further provides an optimization method of the vehicle running track. The optimal rut running routeand running state of the vehicle running along the rut road surface can be ensured, the running comfort and safety of the vehicle can be improved, and the service life of the vehicle can be prolonged.
