The invention discloses an intelligent braking system which comprises a truck head and a rear trailer, a cavity is formed in the bottom of the rear trailer, and an air pressure sensor, an ABS module,an EBD module, a controller, an inflator pump, a braking main valve, a braking valve and an air cylinder are sequentially arranged in the cavity; the output ends of the air pressure sensor, the ABS module and the EBD module are connected with the input end of the controller; the output end of the controller is connected with the input end of the inflator pump and the input end of the braking mainvalve, the output end of the braking main valve is connected with the input end of the braking valve, the output end of the braking valve is connected with the input end of the air cylinder, and the output end of the inflator pump is connected with the input end of the air cylinder. The time for outputting the electric signals to vehicle head axles and rear trailer axles is set through a braking module, so that the braking time on each axle is synchronized, and accidents caused by asynchronous braking of the rear trailer axles and the vehicle head axles during emergency braking of the vehicleare eliminated.
本发明公开了一种大货车智能制动系统,包括车头和后挂,所述后挂的底部设有空腔,所述空腔内依次设有气压传感器、ABS模块、EBD模块、控制器、充气泵、制动总阀、制动阀和储气筒;所述气压传感器、ABS模块和EBD模块的输出端均与控制器的输入端连接,所述控制器的输出端分别与充气泵和制动总阀的输入端连接,所述制动总阀的输出端与制动阀的输入端连接,所述制动阀的输出端与储气筒的输入端连接,所述充气泵的输出端与储气筒的输入端连接。本发明中通过制动模块设置向车头车桥与向后挂车桥输出电信号时间,以此来同步每个桥上的制动时间,从而消除车辆紧急制动时因后挂车桥与车头车桥的制动不同步而造成事故。
