The invention discloses a composite material anti-collision pipe for an automobile as well as a manufacturing system and a manufacturing method of the composite material anti-collision pipe. The composite material anti-collision pipe for the automobile comprises an anti-collision pipe body of a hollow structure, the anti-collision pipe body comprises 2n + 1 composite layers arranged layer by layerfrom inside to outside, and the (2i + 1)th composite layer comprises a weaving area and a (2i + 1)th resin filling area compounded on the weaving area; wherein the (2j)th composite layer comprises anon-uniform region and a (2j)th resin filling region compounded on the non-uniform region, wherein n>=1, n>=i>=0, n>=j>=1. The 2n + 1 composite layers are arranged; each composite layer is provided with a weaving area and a resin filling area which can improve the strength and rigidity of the anti-collision pipe; the composite layer filled with the resin has high strength and high rigidity, and the density of the composite layer is far lower than that of high-strength steel or aluminum alloy, so that compared with a high-strength steel anti-collision pipe or an aluminum alloy anti-collision pipe with the same strength and rigidity, the weight of the anti-collision pipe is greatly reduced, the weight proportion of the anti-collision pipe in a vehicle door assembly is further reduced, and environmental protection and energy conservation are facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种汽车用复合材料防撞管及其制造系统、制造方法。该汽车用复合材料防撞管包括空心结构的防撞管体,防撞管体包括由内而外层层布置的2n+1层复合层,第2i+1复合层包括编织区和复合在编织区上的第2i+1树脂填充区;第2j复合层包括非均匀区和复合在非均匀区上的第2j树脂填充区,其中,n≥1,n≥i≥0,n≥j≥1。由于具有2n+1层复合层,且每层复合层均具有可以提高防撞管强度和刚度的编织区和树脂填充区,经树脂填充后的复合层具有高强度和高刚度,而密度远远低于高强钢或铝合金,因此该防撞管较同等强度和刚度的高强钢防撞管或铝合金防撞管,大大降低了防撞管的重量,进而降低了防撞管占车门总成重量比重,有利于环保和节能。
