The invention provides a conformal-array sonar receiving array vibration isolating device. The device comprises an upper vibration isolating unit and a lower vibration isolating unit. The upper vibration isolating unit is composed of an inverted plate and an upper vibration isolator, the lower vibration isolating unit is a lower vibration isolator, and the upper vibration isolator and the lower vibration isolator are each composed of an upper mounting plate, sandwiched rubber and a lower mounting plate. Bolt holes are formed in two sides of each of the upper mounting plates and the lower mounting plates, the upper vibration isolator is inversely arranged, the upper mounting plate of the upper vibration isolator is connected with the inverted plate in a screwed mode, the inverted plate is connected with a ship body in a screwed mode, and the lower mounting plate of the upper vibration isolator is connected with an upper mounting flange plane of a conformal-array sonar receiving array ina screwed mode. The upper mounting plate of the lower vibration isolator is connected with a lower mounting flange plane of the conformal-array sonar receiving array in a screwed mode, and the lowermounting plate of the lower vibration isolator is connected with the ship body in a screwed mode. Material matching, device structures and parameter design are subjected to optimized design, and aftersimulating calculation, the design index requirements of the vibration reduction effect and the swinging amplitude can be met.

    本发明提出一种共形阵声纳接收阵隔振装置,包括上隔振单元和下隔振单元,上隔振单元由倒装板和上隔振器组成,下隔振单元为下隔振器,上、下隔振器均由上安装板、夹层橡胶和下安装板组成,上、下安装板的两侧均设有螺栓孔,上隔振器倒置,其上安装板与倒装板相螺接,倒装板与艇体相螺接,其下安装板与共形阵声纳接收阵的上安装法兰面相螺接,下隔振器的上安装板与共形阵声纳接收阵的下安装法兰面相螺接,其下安装板与艇体相螺接。本发明在材料搭配、装置结构和参数设计方面进行了优化设计,经过仿真计算,能够满足减振效果、摆动幅度等设计指标要求。
