The invention discloses a cleaning mechanism of a three-way catalytic converter. The cleaning mechanism comprises a car bottom plate, a cleaning mechanism body is arranged at the lower end of the carbottom plate, the cleaning mechanism body comprises a crescent pump, a crescent pump cavity is formed in the crescent pump, a first motor is fixedly arranged on the lower end wall of the crescent pumpcavity, the first motor controls a first motor shaft, a first gear is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the first motor shaft, a crescent pump shaft is rotatably arranged in the inner wall of thelower side of the crescent pump cavity, and a second gear is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the crescent pump shaft. According to the cleaning mechanism, after each work of a car, the three-way catalytic converter can be cleaned by a special cleaning mechanism, so as to avoid the blockage of the three-way catalytic converter which cannot be cleaned for a long time, moreover, through an optional exhaust outlet channel, when the exhaust temperature is excess, the exhaust cooling work is conducted, and thus the three-way catalytic converter is prevented from being damaged due to exhaust with excess temperature.
本发明公开了一种三元催化器的清洗机构,包括汽车底板,所述汽车底板下端设有清洗机构,所述清洗机构包括月牙泵,所述月牙泵内设有月牙泵腔,所述月牙泵腔下端壁固定设有第一电机,所述第一电机控制第一电机轴,所述第一电机轴上侧固定设有第一齿轮,所述月牙泵腔下侧内壁内转动设有月牙泵轴,所述月牙泵轴上侧固定设有第二齿轮,本发明可以使汽车每次工作之后,有专门的清洗机构对三元催化器进行清洗,避免三元催化器因为长时间无法得到清洗造成的堵塞,而且通过可以选择的尾气排出的通道,当排出的尾气温度过高时,进行尾气的降温工作,防止三元催化器因为温度过高的气体造成损坏。
