The invention provides a preparation method of a battery module aerogel buffer heat insulation pad. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding the following raw material components in parts by weight at 30-80 DEG C: 0.05-1 part of carbon powder, 1.3-4 parts of glass fiber powder, 0.6-6 parts of a flame retardant, 2-8 parts of a high-temperature-resistant adhesive and 7-30 parts of a structural adhesive into a reaction kettle, mixing, and uniformly stirring to prepare a mixed adhesive solution; S2, continuously stirring the mixed glue solution for 2 hours, standing for 1 hour in a sealed state, and stirring for 2 hours again; S3, putting the mixed glue solution into a glue containing disc of roll coating equipment; S4, roll-coating the surface of the aerogel layer withthe mixed glue solution through roll-coating equipment to obtain a semi-finished product of the aerogel buffer heat insulation pad of the battery module; S5, passing through a high-temperature air duct with the temperature of 100-300 DEG C after roll coating is completed, sealing the air duct after the semi-finished product of the aerogel buffer heat insulation pad of the battery module completely enters the air duct, and providing pressure of 0.2-0.5 MPa for the interior of the air duct; and S6, turning over the semi-finished product of the battery module aerogel buffer heat insulation pad,and repeating the steps S4 and S5 to obtain the finished product of the battery module aerogel buffer heat insulation pad.
本发明提供一种电池模组气凝胶缓冲隔热垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤S1、在30‑80℃的温度下,将以下重量份的原料组分:碳粉0.05‑1份、玻璃纤维粉末1.3‑4份、阻燃剂0.6‑6份,耐高温胶2‑8份,以及结构胶7‑30份,加入反应釜中混合、搅拌均匀,制成混合胶液;步骤S2、对混合胶液连续搅拌2小时,在密封状态下静置1小时,再次搅拌2小时;步骤S3、将混合胶液装进滚涂设备的盛胶盘中;步骤S4、通过滚涂设备将混合胶液滚涂到气凝胶层的表面得到电池模组气凝胶缓冲隔热垫半成品;步骤S5、滚涂完成后通过温度为100‑300℃的高温风道,在电池模组气凝胶缓冲隔热垫半成品全部进入风道后密闭风道,并向风道内提供0.2‑0.5MPa的压力;步骤S6、将电池模组气凝胶缓冲隔热垫半成品翻面,重复步骤S4、S5,得到电池模组气凝胶缓冲隔热垫成品。
