The aircraft skin operation vehicle comprises a scissor type electric lifting frame, and further comprises a pair of electric wheels, a pair of rubber wheels, a vehicle frame, an operating platform, an underframe, a sliding frame, a motor, a threaded rod and a worm block; the pair of electric wheels are detachably connected to two sides of one end of the vehicle frame, the pair of rubber wheels are detachably connected to two sides of the other end of the vehicle frame, the electric lifting frame is detachably connected to an upper surface of the vehicle frame, the underframe is arranged at a top end of the electric lifting frame, the sliding frame is in sliding connection with anupper surface of the underframe, and the motor is detachably connected into the underframe. By adopting the sliding frame, the operation vehicle can translate on the underframe, the problem that a topsurface is not sprayed in place due to the fact that a surface of the aircraft skin is annular is effectively solved, and therefore a working face can be increased. Due to the fact that the sliding frame obliquely moves up and down on the underframe, the situation that the center of gravity of the sliding frame changes unstably in the moving process is reduced.
