The invention relates to the technical field of urban rail traffic engineering, in particular to a subway tunnel scattered paving rail erecting construction splicing type rail hoisting door frame andan application method thereof. A main beam structure, walking landing legs, a monorail trolley and a loop chain hoist are included, wherein the walking landing legs are fixed to the two sides of the main beam structure through bolts, and the walking landing legs and the main beam structure are in an n or splayed leg shape; the lower edge position of a rail of the main beam structure serves as a running rail of the monorail trolley, the monorail trolley is driven to walk through hand pulling of a chain, and an elastic winding barrel fixedly arranged above the monorail trolley is driven to windand unwind a cable; and the loop chain hoist is hung below the monorail trolley through a hook, power supply is conducted through the elastic winding barrel, an electrical switch button of a control board is matched, a hoist motor is controlled to rotate in the forward and reverse directions, and the sling clamping lifting process is finished. Due to mechanical operation in which electric drive isadopted, compared with manual carrying and hoisting of steel rails, rail adjusting supports, ditch templates and other materials, more time and labor are saved, the labor intensity of operation personnel is lowered, and the construction efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及城市轨道交通工程技术领域,具体来说是一种地铁隧道散铺架轨施工拼装式吊轨门架及其使用方法,包括主梁结构;走行支腿,通过螺栓固定在主梁结构两侧,走行支腿和主梁结构呈门形或八字腿形;单轨小车,以主梁结构的轨道下缘处作为单轨小车的运行轨道,单轨小车采用手拉链条驱动小车行走,带动单轨小车上方固定安装的弹力卷线筒进行收放电缆线;环链葫芦,通过挂钩挂在单轨小车下方,通过弹力卷线筒进行供电,配合控制板的电气开关按钮,控制葫芦电机正、反方向转动,完成吊具夹装升降的过程,采用电力驱动的机械化作业,相比人力搬运吊装钢轨、调轨支架、水沟模板等物料,更加省时省力,降低作业人员劳动强度,提高施工效率。
