The invention discloses a framework structure for improving the safety performance of a rear collision. The framework structure comprises a beam frame assembly, a floor lower cross beam is fixed on the beam frame assembly through welding, a right rear floor longitudinal beam rear section and a left rear floor longitudinal beam rear section are arranged on the floor lower cross beam, the floor longitudinal beam rear sections are fixed on the floor lower cross beam through welding, a right floor lower cross beam extension plate and a left floor lower cross beam extension plate are arranged on the floor lower cross beam, a right rear floor longitudinal beam is fixed at the top of the right rear floor longitudinal beam rear section through welding, a left rear floor longitudinal beam is fixedat the top of the left rear floor longitudinal beam rear section through welding, a rear floor lower cross beam is arranged at the top of the beam frame assembly, and a right rear floor lower cross beam extension plate and a left rear floor lower cross beam extension plate are fixedly welded to the left side and the right side of the rear floor lower cross beam correspondingly. The fuel leakage risk and hidden safety troubles caused by fuel tank breakage after the rear collision are reduced.
