The invention discloses a battery replacing station and a control method thereof. The battery replacing station comprises a battery replacing platform, a charging chamber, battery replacing equipmentand a double-station stacking machine which are connected with one another; the battery replacing equipment moves back and forth between the battery replacing platform and the charging chamber and isused for carrying out operations of disassembling and assembling a battery on a vehicle on the battery replacing platform; the double-station stacking machine comprises a first push-out mechanism anda second push-out mechanism; the first push-out mechanism is used for taking and placing a fully-charged battery pack, and the second push-out mechanism is used for taking and placing a power-lack battery pack; the first push-out mechanism and the second push-out mechanism are respectively controlled and are used for exchanging batteries with the battery replacing equipment; and the battery replacing station further comprises a control unit, and the control unit is electrically connected with the double-station stacking machine and the battery replacing equipment. The control method is appliedto the battery replacing station. According to the battery replacing station, by arranging the double-station stacking machine, the arrangement of an old bin is avoided, the space utilization rate ofthe charging chamber is increased, meanwhile, the procedure that the stacking machine repeatedly places batteries in the battery replacing process is avoided, and the battery replacing efficiency isimproved. According to the control method, the procedure that the batteries are repeatedly placed in the battery replacing process of a stacker crane is omitted, and the battery replacing efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种换电站及其控制方法。该换电站包括:相互连接的换电平台和充电室、换电设备、双工位码垛机;所述换电设备往返于所述换电平台和充电室之间,并用于对所述换电平台上的车辆执行拆卸和安装电池的操作;所述双工位码垛机包括第一推出机构和第二推出机构;所述第一推出机构用于取放满电电池包,所述第二推出机构用于取放亏电电池包;所述第一推出机构和第二推出机构被分别控制,并且均用于与所述换电设备交换电池;所述换电站还包括控制单元,所述控制单元与所述双工位码垛机和换电设备电连接。所述控制方法应用于如上所述的换电站。该换电站通过设置双工位码垛机避免了设置旧仓,提升了充电室的空间利用率,同时避免了码垛机在换电过程中重复摆放电池的工序,提高了换电效率。该控制方法取消了码垛机在换电过程中重复摆放电池的工序,提高了换电效率。
