The invention discloses a battery pack mounting point reinforcing structure of a pure electric vehicle. The reinforcing structure comprises a longitudinal beam, a reinforcing support is located in thelongitudinal beam, first flanges are integrally formed at the left end and the right end of the front side wall of the reinforcing support correspondingly, an oval sinking table is arranged between the left first flanging and the right first flanging, a left lightening hole and a right lightening hole are formed in the upper portion of the sinking table, a groove reinforcing rib is arranged abovethe lightening holes, the bottom of a second flanging and the bottom of the longitudinal beam are welded to form a second welding spot, and a projection welding nut is welded in the middle of the topof the second flanging. The reinforcing support is arranged at a position corresponding to a battery pack mounting point in the longitudinal beam, and is connected with the longitudinal beam in a welded mode, so the phenomenon that the battery pack falls off due to instability of an installation plane and insufficient strength of the mounting pint of the battery pack in the running process of thepure electric vehicle is prevented; and the reinforcing support plays a role in improving the strength of the mounting point of the battery pack by enhancing the section stability.

    本发明公开了一种具有纯电动汽车电池包安装点加强结构,包括纵梁,加强支架位于纵梁的内部,加强支架的前侧壁的左右两端分别一体成型有第一翻边,左右两个第一翻边之间设置有椭圆形的沉台,沉台的上方设置有左右两个减重孔,减重孔的上方设置有凹槽加强筋,第二翻边的底部与纵梁的底部焊接形成第二焊点,第二翻边的顶部的中部焊接有凸焊螺母,本发明主要是加强支架安装在纵梁内部对应电池包安装点处,与纵梁通过焊接方式连接,防止纯电动汽车行驶过程中因安装平面失稳,电池包安装点强度不足,导致电池包脱落现象,该加强支架起到通过加强截面稳定性,提升电池包安装点强度作用。
