The invention discloses a forklift drive wheel damping mechanism. The forklift drive wheel damping mechanism comprises a drive mounting plate, a drive assembly, sleeves, sliding blocks, springs and afirst fixed arm. The drive assembly is fixed to the drive mounting plate; the two sleeves are separately fixed to the left side and the right side of the drive mounting plate in parallel with each other, and openings are formed in the ends, facing a forklift frame, of the sleeves; one ends of the sliding blocks extend into the sleeves, the other ends of the sliding blocks are used for abutting against the forklift frame; the springs are located in the sleeves, one ends of the springs abut against the sliding blocks, the other ends of the springs abut against the sleeves or limiting structuresinside the sleeves; and the first fixed arm is fixed to the drive mounting plate, the first fixed arm is hinged with the forklift frame, and the hinge position is different from the height of the sleeves. Compared with the prior art, the forklift drive wheel damping mechanism can have a good damping effect when the motion amplitude is guaranteed to be small, the friction force can be increased, and the brake distance is shortened during emergency stop.

    本发明公开了一种叉车驱动轮减震机构,包括驱动安装板、驱动总成、套筒、滑动块、弹簧和第一固定臂。其中,驱动总成固定于驱动安装板上;两个套筒相互平行地分别固定于驱动安装板的左右两侧,套筒朝向叉车车架的一端具有开口;滑动块的一端伸入套筒内,滑动块的另一端用以和叉车车架相抵;弹簧位于套筒内,弹簧的一端与滑动块相抵,弹簧的另一端与套筒或套筒内的限位结构相抵;第一固定臂固定于驱动安装板上,第一固定臂与叉车车架铰接,且铰接位置与套筒的高度不同。与现有技术相比,本发明在保证运动幅度较小的情况下,能有很好的减震效果,并且在紧急停止的时候,能增大摩擦力,缩短刹车距离。
