The invention belongs to a lifter and a control technology thereof, and provides an electric control system of a built-in lifter. The electric control system of the built-in lifter comprises a statordevice, two sets of encoder sets driven by a mechanism, a low-frequency direct-drive frequency converter and a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), wherein the stator device is integrally embedded onthe outer side of the middle section of a main shaft of the built-in lifter; the stator device comprises a stator iron core and a stator winding, and the stator winding is embedded in the stator ironcore; a rotor is embedded on the inner side of a winding drum of the built-in lifter, so that the rotor and the winding drum of the built-in lifter are connected into a whole; the stator device and the rotor are reversely assembled into a whole to form a low-rotating-speed alternating-current motor of a reverse structure; and the stator winding is connected according to a motor manufacturing process to form the low-rotating-speed alternating-current motor which has more pole pairs and is of a reverse structure. According to the electric control system of the built-in lifter, the overall size and cost of equipment including the operation and maintenance cost are reduced, the capital construction investment cost of an equipment machine room is greatly saved, and the social and economic benefits are remarkable.

    本发明属于提升机及其控制技术,提出的一种内装式提升机电控系统,内装式提升机电控系统包括有定子装置、受机构传动的两套编码器组、低频直驱变频器和可编程控制器PLC;定子装置整体嵌套在内装式提升机的主轴中段外侧;定子装置包括有定子铁芯和定子绕组,定子绕组镶嵌在所述的定子铁芯中;内装式提升机卷筒的内侧镶嵌有转子,使转子与内装式提升机的卷筒连接为一体;定子装置、转子逆向装配为一体构成逆向结构的低转速交流电动机;定子绕组按电机制造工艺进行联接形成具有更多极对数的、逆向结构的低转速交流电动机;本发明既减少了设备总体体积和成本包括运维成本,又较大地节省了设备机房的基建投资费用,社会和经济效益显著。
