The embodiment of the invention provides a synchronous control system for a crane. A torque value of a steel wire rope of each winch is calculated through a programmable logic controller according tothe weight, obtained by a load instrument, of objects lifted by each winch and the frequency of a frequency converter corresponding to each winch, the torque value of the steel wire rope of each winchand/or the height of the lifted objects is compared with an operating torque value of one set standard winch and/or the height of the lifted objects, according to the comparison results, the workingfrequency of the frequency converters corresponding to all the winches is adjusted so as to control the operating rate of all the winches except the standard winch, and thus the heights of all the winches are located in the same parallel line. According to the synchronous control system for the crane, output of the frequency converters of all the winches except the standard winch is subjected to PID control adjusting through compared error values, and thus simultaneous operation of the multiple winches during hoisting is achieved.

    本申请实施例提供一种起重机的同步控制系统,利用可编程逻辑控制器根据所述载荷仪获得每个卷扬机吊起物体的重量和根据每个卷扬机对应的变频器的频率计算每个卷扬机的钢丝绳的扭矩值,并将每个卷扬机的钢丝绳的扭矩值和/或吊起物体的高度分别与一个设定的基准卷扬机运行的扭矩值和/或吊起物体的高度进行比较,根据比较结果调节各个卷扬机对应的变频器的工作频率以控制除所述基准卷扬机之外的各个卷扬机运行的速率,使所述各个卷扬机的高度处于同一平行线。所述起重机的同步控制系统通过比较的误差值来进行PID控制调节除基点卷扬机除外的各个卷扬机的变频器的输出,从而实现多个卷扬机起重时的同步运行。
