The invention discloses a construction method of an overwater building. The lower section part of the overwater building is designed as a buoyancy compartment, the density of the upper section part issmaller than that of the lower section part, the gravity center of the overwater building is always positioned at the lower section part, and part of the buoyancy compartment sinks into water; the buoyancy compartment is provided with a bottom floor, an upper floor and a first wall connected between the bottom floor and the upper floor in a sealed mode. The upper floor is a double-floor hollow interlayer and serves as a safety buoyancy cabin; the upper part of the upper floor is used as an upper section part of the overwater building; therefore, the density of the upper section part of the overwater building is smaller than that of the lower section part of the overwater building; after part of the volume of the buoyancy compartment sinks into water, the whole building never turns over like a hydrometer and a fishing vertical floater, meanwhile, the buoyancy compartment and the safety buoyancy compartment are combined, the situation that the whole building sinks after the buoyancy compartment leaks is prevented, enough time is bought for maintenance, and the use safety of the overwater building is improved.
本发明公开一种水上建筑的建造方法,将水上建筑的下段部分设计为浮力舱,上段部分的密度小于下段部分的密度,且,水上建筑的重心一直位于下段部分,浮力舱的部分体积沉入水中;所述浮力舱具有底下楼板、上部楼板及密封连接于底下楼板、上部楼板之间的第一墙体;所述上部楼板是双楼板中空夹层,作为安全浮力舱;所述上部楼板的上方作为水上建筑的上段部分;如此,通过将水上建筑的上段部分的密度小于下段部分的密度,浮力舱的部分体积沉入水中后,整个建筑像比重计和钓鱼的立式浮子一样永不翻倒,同时,结合浮力舱及安全浮力舱的设置,防止浮力舱渗漏后整个建筑物沉没,争取足够的时间去维修,提高水上建筑的使用安全性。
