The invention discloses a cross beam cross embedded type truck chassis. The truck chassis comprises two side frames, a plurality of cross beams and two longitudinal beams, wherein the cross beams aredistributed and installed between the two side frames, end frames are installed at the two ends of the two side frames, and the longitudinal beams are connected between the upper portions of the two ends of the end frames at the two ends; notches are formed in the positions, below the longitudinal beams, of the upper portions of the multiple cross beams; the sizes of the notches are matched with the sizes of the longitudinal beams; the lower portions of the longitudinal beams are connected with the cross beams in a clamped mode through the notches. After the longitudinal beams are welded, fastening bolts are screwed, so that the fastening bolts are separated from the longitudinal beams, electric telescopic columns contract to drive push plates to be separated from the cross beams, and thenstress plates can freely fall off between the two cross beams. The stressed plates are pulled downwards, and a magnet plate is separated from an iron plate. Finally, the bottom plates are welded at the upper parts of the two side frames, so that the height of the whole chassis is reduced, and the truck is low in loading gravity center and high in loading capacity.
本发明公开了一种横梁十字交叉嵌入式载货车底架,包括两个侧边框和若干个横梁以及两个纵梁,若干个所述横梁分布安装在两个侧边框之间,且两个侧边框的两端均安装有端部边框,两端的端部边框的两端上部之间均连接有纵梁;若干个所述横梁的上部在纵梁的下方均设置有开槽口,开槽口的尺寸与纵梁的尺寸相适配,纵梁的下方通过开槽口与横梁相互卡接。纵梁焊接完毕后,拧动紧固螺栓,使得紧固螺栓脱离纵梁,电动伸缩柱收缩,带动推板脱离横梁,进而使得受力板可以从两个横梁之间自由的脱落。向下拉动受力板,磁铁板脱离铁板。最后在两个侧边框的上部焊接底板,降低了整个车架的高度,使得载货汽车载货重心底,装载量多。
