After the technical scheme is adopted, when a user pulls the hand buggy, the control unit receives data of the sensor in real time and controls the rotating speed of the motor wheels according to the detected data change of the sensor,so that the driving speed of the hand buggy is consistent with the walking speed of the user, and the labor intensity of the user is reduced to the maximum extent.
