The system comprises an obstacle positioning module, an environment acquisition module, a vehicle speed detection module, a control module and an emergency response module, wherein the obstacle positioning module is used for acquiring position information of obstacles outside a vehicle in real time by utilizing a sonar technology and sending the position information to the control module in real time; the environment acquisition module is used for acquiring current external environmentinformation and driver state information of a vehicle in real time by utilizing a high-precision camera and sending the external environment information and the driver state information to the controlmodule in real time; the control module is used for calculating the speed and the distance of the obstacle relative to the vehicle in real time according to the position information, sent by the obstacle positioning module, of obstacles outside a vehicle. Possible vehicle collision can be monitored in an omnibearing and uninterrupted mode, a driver is reminded, emergency control is carried out under the extremely dangerous condition, and therefore accidents are avoided.
