The invention provides a rail train brake auxiliary system with power generation and damping functions. The system comprises a first telescopic device, a second telescopic device, a wind power generation device and a damping wing plate. A piston rod of the first telescopic device is connected with the end, away from the rotating shaft, of the damping wing plate. The fixed end of the first telescopic device is connected to the top of the rail train; a piston rod of the second telescopic device is connected with a tower of the wind power generation device; a fixed end of the second telescopic device is connected to the top of the rail train; a rotating shaft on the damping wing plate is connected with the top of the rail train, and a preset angle is formed between the damping wing plate andthe top of the rail train; and a tower of the wind power generation device is vertically fixed to the top of the rail train. The air damping effect can be used for slowing down the advancing speed ofthe rail train, the braking purpose is achieved under the condition that energy losses are reduced, the safety of the rail train in the braking process is improved, and the beneficial effects of beingeasy and flexible to operate, higher in adaptability and good in braking effect are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种兼有发电和阻尼功能的轨道列车制动辅助系统,包括:第一伸缩装置、第二伸缩装置、风力发电装置和阻尼翼板;第一伸缩装置的活塞杆连接阻尼翼板上远离旋转轴的一端;第一伸缩装置的固定端连接在轨道列车的顶部;第二伸缩装置的活塞杆连接风力发电装置的塔架,第二伸缩装置的固定端连接在轨道列车的顶部;阻尼翼板上的旋转轴与轨道列车的顶部相连接,并使阻尼翼板与轨道列车顶部呈预设角度;风力发电装置的塔架垂直固定在轨道列车的顶部。本发明能够利用空气阻尼作用减缓轨道列车前进速度,在减少能量损失的情况下实现制动目的,提高轨道列车制动过程中的安全性,具有操作简单灵活、适应性更强和制动效果好的有益效果。
