The invention discloses a front wall lower cross beam structure which comprises a first area, a second area, a third area, a fourth area, a fifth area, a first transition area, a second transition area, a third transition area and a fourth transition area. The first transition area, the second transition area, the third transition area and the fourth transition area are respectively connected withevery two adjacent subareas; the material thickness of the first area is 1.1 mm to 1.4 mm; the material thickness of the second area is larger than a first preset multiple of the material thickness of the first area, the material thickness of the third area is 0.9-1.1 times of the material thickness of the first area, the material thickness of the fourth area is larger than a second preset multiple of the material thickness of the first area, and the material thickness of the fifth area is equal to the material thickness of the first area. The invention further discloses an electric automobile which applies the front wall lower cross beam structure. Different material thicknesses are distributed in all areas of the front wall lower cross beam structure through the unequal-thickness design, an internal reinforcing plate is omitted, and light weight is achieved while the strength requirement is met.
