The invention relates to a new energy automobile charging pile connection method and device. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a handle on a charging head is held by a hand to stretcha wire connecting the charging head and a charging pile; S2, a movable piece at the inner side end of the handle is manually pressed, so that a third spring is compressed, and after a contact protrusion on the movable piece makes contact with a contact groove formed in the handle, a contact state is kept; S3, after the contact state of the contact protrusion and the contact groove is kept, the plug is inserted into a slot in the new energy automobile, so that the plug pin in the slot is inserted into a jack in the plug; and S4, the bolt pushes a movable block located in the jack to move, so that a contact switch on the movable block is in contact with the contact switch at the end part of the jack, and an electromagnet mounted on the handle is electrified to attract a metal sheet on the movable piece. When the charging head is loosened, the electromagnet loses magnetism, the movable piece resets under the action of the third spring, the contact protrusion is separated from the contactgroove, and the jack is powered off, so that electric power protection is realized.

    本发明涉及一种新能源汽车充电桩接通方法及装置,包括以下步骤:S1、手持充电头上的把手将充电头与充电桩连接的导线拉伸;S2、手动按压把手内侧端的活动件,使得第三弹簧压缩,在活动件上的接触凸起与把手上设置的接触槽接触后,保持接触状态;S3、保持接触凸起与接触槽接触状态后,将插头与新能源汽车上的插槽插接,使得插槽内的插销插放到插头上的插孔内;S4、插销推动位于插孔内的活动块移动,使得活动块上的接触开关与插孔端部的接触开关接触,使得安装在所述把手上的电磁铁通电,对活动件上的金属片吸引。当充电头发生松动时,电磁铁失磁,活动件在第三弹簧的作用下复位,接触凸起与接触槽脱离,插孔内断电,从而实现电力保护。
