The invention belongs to the technical field of heat dissipation and discloses a self-cooling device for motive power supply equipment and liquid spraying flight equipment. The self-cooling device comprises a liquid storage tank, a liquid spraying head and a hollow cold plate; the cold plate is attached to the heating end of a motive power supply; the liquid storage tank is communicated with the liquid inlet of the cold plate through a liquid outflow channel; the liquid outlet of the cold plate is communicated with the liquid storage tank through a liquid supply channel; and the liquid outletof the cold plate is communicated with the liquid spraying head through a liquid supply channel. According to the self-cooling device for the motive power supply equipment, the high-power motive powersupply equipment is cooled through a liquid cooling technology; and therefore, the problem that a traditional air cooling technology cannot meet a high-heat-power cooling requirement can be solved; acooling effect is good; the motive power supply can be effectively prevented from being damaged due to overheating; and the problem that an unmanned aerial vehicle lands frequently and stops for heatdissipation is solved; a liquid pesticide carried by a pesticide spraying unmanned aerial vehicle is used for cooling heating equipment; and therefore, the dual functions of liquid pesticide supply and cooling are achieved, and the size and weight of the unmanned aerial vehicle are not additionally increased.

    本发明涉及散热技术领域,公开了一种动力电源设备自冷却装置及喷液飞行设备,该动力电源设备自冷却装置,包括:储液箱、喷液头以及中空的冷板;冷板与动力电源的发热端相贴合,储液箱通过出液通道与冷板的进液口连通,冷板的出液口通过供液通道与储液箱连通,冷板的出液口通过给液通道与喷液头连通。本发明提供的动力电源设备自冷却装置,通过液冷技术对大功率动力电源设备进行冷却,可以有效解决传统风冷技术无法应对的高热功率冷却需求,冷却效果好,可有效防止动力电源过热损坏,解决无人机频繁降落停机散热的问题;采用喷药无人机自身携带的药液对发热设备进行冷却,实现药液供给和冷却的双重功能,不额外增加无人机体积和重量。
