The invention discloses a safety hydrogen storage device of a hydrogen energy booster vehicle and a hydrogen supply system thereof. The safety hydrogen storage device comprises a hydrogen storage bottle and a valve arranged at the mouth of the hydrogen storage bottle. The hydrogen storage bottle sequentially comprises a inner container, a winding layer and an outer shell from inside to outside. The valve is a top-opening valve. The valve comprises a valve body, a top column, bulges, a spring, an air nozzle, an elastic pressurizing ring, a vent hole and a connecting groove. The valve body is ina cap shape and is suitable for being connected with a hydrogen cylinder, and a groove is arranged inside the valve body. The top column penetrates through the valve body and is suitable for moving up and down in the valve body. The upper part of the top column is provided with a circle of bulges, and the bulges are arranged in the grooves in the valve body. The spring is suitable for providing upward moving force for the top column. The air nozzle is matched with the bottom of the top column, and the top column is suitable for opening the air nozzle when moving downwards. The elastic pressurizing ring is arranged at the lower part of the air nozzle in a sleeving manner. The center of the top column is provided with the vent hole suitable for gas to pass through. The top of the valve bodyis provided with the connecting groove. According to the safety hydrogen storage device of the hydrogen energy booster vehicle and the hydrogen supply system thereof, by arranging a top-opening typevalve mechanism and a rebound and protection structure, the structure is simplified, and meanwhile, the safety is ensured; and a vertical z-shaped air nozzle is arranged, the sealing area of the air nozzle can be effectively increased, the sealing performance is improved, and the safety is further improved.

    一种氢能源助力车安全储氢装置及其供氢系统,包括:储氢瓶和安装在储氢瓶瓶口的阀门;储氢瓶由内至外依次包括:内胆、缠绕层和外壳;阀门为顶开阀,包括:阀体,设置为帽状,适于与氢气瓶连接,阀体内部设有凹槽;顶柱,贯穿阀体,适于在阀体内上下运动;顶柱上部设有一圈凸起,凸起设于阀体内部凹槽内;弹簧,适于为顶柱提供向上移动的力;气嘴,与顶柱的底部配合,顶柱向下移动时适于打开气嘴;弹性加压圈,套设于气嘴下部;顶柱中心设有适于气体通过的通气孔;阀体顶部设有连接槽。通过设置顶开式的阀门机构以及回弹和保护的结构,在简化结构的同时确保了安全性;设置竖z型气嘴,能有效增加气嘴的密封面积,增大密封性,进一步增加安全性。
