The invention belongs to the technical field of tire rubber materials, and particularly relates to a naphthenic base rubber oil composition for improving the air tightness of a tire rubber material aswell as a preparation method and application thereof. The naphthenic rubber oil composition for improving the air tightness of a tire rubber material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of naphthenic base oil; 1-5 parts of a flaky filling material; 5-8 parts of a plasticizing auxiliary additive; 3-12 parts of an alkyl surfactant; and 1-10 parts of polyisobutene. According to the composition, naphthenic base rubber oil is adopted and has good compatibility with rubber, the lamellar filling material is added into a tire rubber material in a naphthenic baserubber oil mode, and compared with the prior art, the air tightness and the physical and mechanical properties of a tire can be remarkably improved.

    本发明属于轮胎橡胶材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种提高轮胎橡胶材料气密性的环烷基橡胶油组合物及其制备方法和应用。一种提高轮胎橡胶材料气密性的环烷基橡胶油组合物,该组合物的原料按照重量份数由以下的成分构成:环烷基基础油100份;片状填充材料1‑5份;增塑辅加剂5‑8份;烷基表面活性剂3‑12份;聚异丁烯1‑10份。该组合物采用环烷基橡胶油与橡胶相容性好,将片层填充材料通过环烷基橡胶油的方式添加到轮胎橡胶材料中,与现有技术相比能显著提高轮胎的气密性和物理机械性能。
