The invention discloses a treading type elevator button device. The device comprises an elevator panel mechanism (1), treading module mechanisms (2) and connecting ropes (3); the elevator panel mechanism (1) is arranged on an elevator button control panel; the treading module mechanisms (2) are arranged on the ground or a wall; and the connecting ropes (3) are connected with the elevator panel mechanism (1) and the treading module mechanisms (2). According to the device, the treading module mechanisms (2) are trodden by feet, the elevator panel mechanism (1) is driven by the connecting ropes (3) to complete the operation of elevator button pressing, so that fingers are prevented from being in contact with elevator buttons, and the indirect transmission of virus caused by the fact that theelevator buttons are pressed by the fingers is avoided.
