The method comprises the following steps: preparation is made for a ground all-physicalprinciple verification test of the separated micro-satellite before the test; after preparation before the test is completed, a two-cabin unlocking test is completed on a double-three-degree-of-freedom air floating platform, and whether the two cabins can be effectively unlocked or not is judged; under the condition that the two cabins can be effectively unlocked, an inter-cabin cable disturbancetest is completed on the double-three-degree-of-freedom air floating platform, and the cable disturbance between the two cabins and the control effect of the two cabins in a cable existence state arejudged; and according to the cable disturbance size and the control effect between the two cabins obtained by the inter-cabin cable disturbance test, a magnetic levitation control full-physical three-loop control test is completed on the double-three-degree-of-freedom air floatation platform, and a final separation type micro-satellite ground full-physical principle verification test is completed. According to the active air floatation design, three-degree-of-freedom omnibearing attitude control verification of the load cabin and the platform cabin is realized through the air feet.
本发明提供了一种分离式微小卫星地面全物理原理性验证试验方法,包括:为分离式微小卫星地面全物理原理性验证试验做试验前的准备;试验前准备完毕后,在双三自由度的气浮平台上完成两舱解锁试验,判断两舱间是否能够有效解锁;在两舱间能够有效解锁的情况下,在双三自由度的气浮平台上完成舱间电缆扰动试验,判断两舱之间的电缆扰动大小与两舱间在有电缆状态下的控制效果;根据舱间电缆扰动试验得到的两舱之间的电缆扰动大小与控制效果,在双三自由度的气浮平台上完成磁浮控制全物理三环路控制试验,完成最终分离式微小卫星地面全物理原理性验证试验;本发明主动气浮设计,通过气足实现载荷舱、平台舱三自由度的全方位姿态控制验证。
