The invention relates to a test platform for a helicopter rotor blade anti-icing material test. The test platform comprises a paddle simulation piece, a posture adjustment assembly and a spraying assembly, wherein the paddle simulation piece is of a long-rod-shaped structure, a surface of the paddle simulation piece can be coated with anti-icing paint, the posture adjusting assembly can rotate along a horizontal shaft, the paddle simulation piece is driven by a first rotary driving piece to rotate, the first rotary driving piece is supported by the posture adjusting assembly, the rotating axisof the paddle simulation piece is perpendicular to the horizontal axis, a horizontal shaft in the posture adjusting assembly is connected with a lifting assembly to achieve supporting, and the lifting assembly can drive the posture adjusting assembly to ascend and descend in the vertical direction. The test platform is advantaged in that the spraying assembly can spray water mist to the paddle simulation piece to simulate the situation that a paddle encounters high-humidity airflow during rotation.

    本公开涉及一种直升机旋翼桨叶防结冰材料试验用测试平台,包括桨叶模拟件、姿态调整组件和喷雾组件。所述桨叶模拟件为长杆形结构,桨叶模拟件的表面能够涂覆防结冰涂料;所述姿态调整组件能够沿水平轴转动,所述桨叶模拟件通过第一旋转驱动件驱动以实现转动,所述第一旋转驱动件通过姿态调整组件支撑,所述桨叶模拟件的转动轴线与水平轴线垂直;所述姿态调整组件中的水平轴与升降组件连接以实现支撑,所述升降组件能够带动姿态调整组件在竖直方向升降;所述喷雾组件能够向桨叶模拟件喷射水雾,以模拟桨叶旋转时遇到高湿气流的情况。
