A zero position adjusting device of flap actuators can accurately display and record the initial zero position of each flap actuator when an airplane leaves a factory, facilitates adjustment of the zero position when the flap actuators are replaced in the later period, and comprises a shell with a containing cavity, a belt transmission mechanism which is contained in the containing cavity and comprises a driving belt wheel, a driven belt wheel and a transmission belt, a driving side rotating shaft which is connected with the driving belt wheel so as to transmit the rotation of the driving siderotating shaft to the driving belt wheel, a handle mechanism which is connected with one end of the driving side rotating shaft, and makes the driving side rotating shaft to rotate by rotating the handle mechanism, a driven side rotating shaft which is connected with the driven belt wheel so as to rotate together with the driven belt wheel, and a counting instrument which is connected with the other end of the driving side rotating shaft so as to display the number of rotating turns of the driving side rotating shaft. The belt transmission mechanism is connected with the flap actuator or a torque tube connected to the flap actuator through the driven side rotating shaft.
