The invention discloses a propelling device and method in air. The device comprises a flow guide cover, an air isolation piece and an exhaust fan, wherein the top of the flow guide cover is smaller than the bottom of the flow guide cover, a flow guide cover air inlet is formed in the top of the flow guide cover, the air isolation piece is arranged at the bottom of the flow guide cover, flow guideblades are uniformly arranged on an edge of the air isolation piece, one end of each guide blade is connected with an edge of the air separation part, the other end of each guide blade is correspondingly connected with a bottom edge of the air guide cover, gaps between the guide blades and the air guide cover and between the guide blades and the air separation piece form a rectifying channel, an exhaust fan is mounted in the air guide cover through a rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft is arranged in the flow guide cover, and the other end penetrates through a rotation shaft hole inthe air isolation piece to connect with a power device. The device is advantaged in that the fan blades rotate to apply repulsive force to the air on a top surface of the air isolation piece, so the air in the flow guide cover accelerates to flow all around and is discharged towards a bottom surface of the air isolation piece after being guided to a rectification channel through the flow guide cover, and the device obtains the driving force. The propelling device has advantages of being high in aerodynamic efficiency, small in size, free of reactive force torque and suitable for popularization.

    本发明的空气中的推进装置及方法,包括导流罩、隔气件和排气扇,导流罩顶部小于导流罩底部,导流罩顶部设有导流罩进气口,隔气件置于导流罩底部,隔气件边缘均匀设有导流叶片,导流叶片一端连接隔气件边缘,另一端分别对应连接导流罩底部边缘,导流叶片与导流罩和隔气件之间的间隙构成整流通道,排气扇通过旋转轴安装在导流罩内,旋转轴一端设在导流罩内,另一端穿过隔气件内的转轴孔连接动力装置。通过扇叶旋转对隔气件顶面的空气施加排斥力,使导流罩内空气向四周加速流动,并通过导流罩导流至整流通道后向隔气件底面方向排出,从而使该装置获得推动力。该推进装置具有气动效率高,体积小,无反作用力扭矩的优点,适合推广。
