The invention relates to the technical field of wall-climbing robots and particularly relates to a wall-climbing robot with a wire harness anti-winding function. The robot comprises a base, wherein anequipment cavity is formed in the top of the base, a bunching disc is installed at the axis of an inner wall of the bottom of the equipment cavity through bolts, a second motor is installed at the axis of an outer wall of the top of the bunching disc through screws, and a rotary disc is in flat key connection with an output end, located in the bunching disc, of the second motor. The robot is advantaged in that a rotating disc drives a wire harness inserted into a wire stringing hole to rotate around the rotating disc, therefore, the wire harness can be well accommodated in a wire bundling disc, the wire harness is prevented from being wound due to the fact that the wire harness is too long, durability of the wire harness is improved, the positioning cylinder can play a good role in protection when the wire harness is collected through a rubber pad and a protection rubber head, lubricating grease is smeared on the wire harness in the wire bundling disc, friction between the wire harness and robot metal plates, castings and the like can be effectively prevented, and the service life of the wire harness is prolonged.

    本发明涉及爬壁机器人技术领域,具体是一种具有线束防缠绕功能的爬壁机器人,包括基座,基座的顶部开设有设备腔,且设备腔底部内壁的轴心处通过螺栓安装有束线盘,束线盘顶部外壁的轴心处通过螺钉安装有第二电机,且第二电机位于束线盘内部的输出端上平键连接有转盘。本发明的有益效果转盘带动穿插在串线孔内部的线束围绕转盘转动,使得线束能够很好的收纳至束线盘的内部,防止线束过长导致的线束缠绕,提升了线束的耐用程度,定位筒通过橡胶垫和防护胶头可在线束收束时起到很好的防护作用,束线盘中的线束上涂抹润滑脂,可有效的防止线束与机器人钣金、铸件等摩擦,提高了线束的使用寿命。
