The embodiment of the invention provides an anti-collision device for an unmanned vehicle and the unmanned vehicle. The anti-collision device comprises an elastic buffering device and a triggering device, wherein the triggering device and the elastic buffering device are arranged in a contact mode, and the triggering device is used for generating a triggering signal used for controlling an unmanned vehicle under the condition that the elastic buffering device is extruded. The anti-collision device is advantaged in that under the condition that the elastic buffering device is extruded, the triggering device generates a trigger signal for controlling the unmanned vehicle, therefore, under the condition that the unmanned vehicle collides with obstacles and the like, abrasion to the unmanned vehicle can be reduced through the elastic buffering device, operation of the unmanned vehicle can be controlled through the triggering device, and the automatic anti-collision effect of the unmanned vehicle with automatic driving or unmanned driving can be achieved.
