The invention discloses an auxiliary heat exchanger for heating a power battery of a fuel cell vehicle. The auxiliary heat exchanger comprises a shell and a heat dissipation pipe arranged in the shell, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet which are communicated with the interior of the shell are formed in the shell, the liquid inlet is communicated with a cooling liquid outlet of the power battery,the liquid outlet is communicated with a cooling liquid inlet of the power battery, and the heat dissipation pipe is connected with a cooling liquid loop of the driving motor in parallel through a pipeline. According to the auxiliary heat exchanger, the heat dissipation pipe is connected with the cooling liquid loop of the driving motor in parallel through the pipeline; the characteristic that thetemperature rises quickly after the driving motor is used is utilized; the temperature of cooling liquid coming out of the driving motor is high, the cooling liquid of the driving motor is used for heating the cooling liquid, entering the shell through the liquid inlet, of the power battery in the heat dissipation pipe, the temperature of the cooling liquid of the power battery is increased, thetemperature of the power battery is increased, extra power consumption of the power battery is reduced, and energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于燃料电池汽车的动力电池加热的辅热交换器。该辅热交换器包括壳体和设置在壳体内的散热管,壳体上设有与其内部相通的进液口和出液口,进液口与动力电池的冷却液出口相连通,出液口与动力电池的冷却液进口相连通,散热管通过管路与驱动电机的冷却液回路相并联。本发明的辅热交换器将散热管通过管路与驱动电机的冷却液回路相并联,利用驱动电机使用后快速升温的特性,驱动电机的出来的冷却液温度较高,利用驱动电机的冷却液在散热管中对通过进液口进入到壳体中的动力电池的冷却液进行加热,动力电池的冷却液的温度升高,使得动力电池的温度升高,减少动力电池额外电耗,降低整车能耗。
