The invention discloses a bolting structure for fixing a double-layer module. The bolting structure comprises battery modules, lower-layer module fixing screws and upper-layer module fixing screws. The lower ends of the battery modules are inserted into a base through positioning pins. Stepped holes are formed in the side walls of the battery modules. The battery modules disclosed by the invention are 12 square VDA standard modules fixed together and have the structure sizes of typical VDA modules, the battery modules are designed into an upper layer and a lower layer, each layer comprises 6modules, 24 lower-layer module fixing screws and 24 upper-layer module fixing screws, and after the lower layer of battery modules is installed, the upper surface is slightly higher than the upper surface of the lower layer of modules, and the upper surface of the lower layer of battery modules makes contact with the lower surface of the upper layer of battery modules and is used for supporting the upper layer of battery modules. The module fixing structure is standardized, the design of the double-layer module is simplified, and the space utilization rate in a battery pack is improved, so that the system energy density is improved. The bolting structure is simple and suitable for production on a production line.

    本发明公开了一种双层模组固定用栓接结构,包括电池模组、下层模组固定螺杆和上层模组固定螺杆,所述电池模组下端通过定位销插接在底座上,所述电池模组侧壁开设有台阶孔,本发明电池模组采用12个方形VDA标准模组固定,具有典型VDA模组的结构尺寸,设计为上下两层,每层各6个模组,24颗下层模组固定螺杆,24颗上层模组固定螺杆,下层电池模组安装完成后,其上表面略高出下层模组上表面,其上表面与上层电池模组下表面接触,用于支撑上层电池模组。模组固定结构标准化,简化了双层模组的设计,提高电池包内空间利用率,从而提升系统能量密度,栓接结构简单,宜于产线化生产。
