The invention provides a highway meteorological environment forecasting and early warning control system and method based on the Internet of Vehicles, and belongs to the technical field of intelligentvehicles. The method comprises the following steps: performing communication with a local roadside intelligent control base station through a network communication module, obtaining multi-source traffic data and meteorological data, and performing encoding processing on the multi-source traffic data and the meteorological data to obtain an Internet of Vehicles BSM data set; detecting highway vehicle risk event probability caused by a meteorological environment in the Internet of Vehicles BSM data set in real time on the basis of a discrimination algorithm of traffic meteorological informationand a road surface safety level, performing collision prediction on the Internet of Vehicles BSM data set on the basis of a rough set and an information entropy measurement method, and outputting risk prediction information; and performing risk avoiding warning or auxiliary operation processing according to the risk prediction information, and updating a database in real time. The system meets the functional requirements of real-time early warning, and can be widely applied to anti-collision early warning and safe driving auxiliary systems of various road meteorological environments.

    本发明提供了一种基于车联网的公路气象环境预报预警控制系统和方法,属于智能车辆技术领域,包括:通过所述网络通信模块与本地路侧智能控制基站进行通信,获取多源交通数据、气象数据,并将所述多源交通数据和气象数据进行编码处理,得到车联网BSM数据集;基于交通气象信息与路面安全等级的判别算法,实时检测所述车联网BSM数据集中的气象环境导致的高速公路车辆风险事件概率,并基于粗糙集和信息熵度量方法对所述车联网BSM数据集进行碰撞预测并输出风险预测信息;根据所述风险预测信息进行避险警告或辅助操作处理,并实时更新数据库。本发明满足实时预警的功能需求,可广泛应用于各种道路气象环境的防撞预警、安全驾驶辅助系统。
