The car lifting jack protecting system comprises an anti-collision protecting assembly,a pressure detection assembly and a control module. The anti-collision protecting assembly comprises an anti-collision touch plate and a first distance sensor, the anti-collision touch plate is slidably arranged on the end part of a supporting head, the first distance sensor is used for measuring the distance between the anti-collision touch plate and the supporting head, and the supporting head is stopped in moving when the distance between the anti-collision touch plate and the supporting head is smaller than a first preset distance. The pressure detection assembly is used for detecting thepressure of the supporting head, and a car lifting jack is stopped in moving when the pressure of the supporting head is smaller than a preset pressure value.
