The invention relates to a telescopic chute and electrolysis multifunctional crown block anti-collision detection method mainly applied to a crown block charging system in the electrolytic aluminum industry. According to the method, an electrolysis workshop is provided with a photoelectric sensor and a sound-light alarm device. The transmitting end of the photoelectric sensor and the receiving endof the photoelectric sensor are arranged below a charging platform, and the sound-light alarm device is arranged on the inner side of a stand column, corresponding to the small face of an electrolytic cell, of the electrolysis workshop. The photoelectric sensor is mainly adopted for positioning the position of a telescopic chute in the electrolysis workshop, and signals that the telescopic chuteis located at the danger position are transmitted to the sound-light alarm device for lamplight flickering alarm prompt. Through the method, safety of production and personnel in the workshop is effectively guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种伸缩溜槽与电解多功能天车防撞检测方法,主要应用在电解铝行业的天车加料系统中。该方法在电解车间安装光电传感器和声光报警器,其中:光电传感器发射端和光电传感器接收端安装在加料平台下方,声光报警器安装在电解车间与电解槽小面对应的立柱内侧。本发明主要采用光电传感器对电解车间内的伸缩溜槽的位置进行定位,并将伸缩溜槽处于危险位置的信号送至声光报警器进行灯光闪烁报警指示,该方法有效的保证了生产和车间内人员的安全。
