The invention discloses a monitoring buoy, which belongs to the technical field of ocean monitoring. Through environment-friendly and unpowered simple water-cooling heat dissipation arrangement, a problem of circulating heat dissipation is solved and the operation stability, overturning resistance and collision resistance of an electric device are ensured; wind energy power supply is more environmentally friendly and sustainable, the blade angle can be adjusted to improve the wind energy utilization rate, and power overload protection and weak blade protection are realized when the wind speed is too high; the calculation devices are used for data acquisition and processing and interact with a remote terminal to realize real-time monitoring and control, the sampling data are more accurate, the sampling process is more convenient and easier, the efficiency is higher, buoy positioning and underwater real-time monitoring can be carried out, the service life is long, the maintenance cost is low, transportation and throwing are convenient, and the universality is better.

    本发明公开一种监控浮标,属于海洋监测技术领域,其浮力装置包括由浮体和换能装置,浮体内装发电装置、蓄电器和若干计算装置,上方装有与发电装置连接的可实现叶片伸缩运动和角度调节运动的风能转换装置。通过环保、无动力的简易水冷散热设置解决循环散热问题,保证电器件运行稳定性、抗倾覆、防撞击;风能供电更加环保可持续、并可调节叶片角度提高风能利用率,在风速过大时形成电力过载保护及保护薄弱叶片;将计算装置进行数据采集处理并与远程终端进行交互实现实时监测和控制,采样数据更加准确、采样过程更加便易、效率更高,可进行浮标定位及对水下实时监测,使用寿命长、维护成本低、便于运输和投放、具有较好的普及性。
