The decoupling planet row comprises a decoupling planet row sun wheel, a decoupling planet row planet wheel and a decoupling planet row gear ring. The speed reducing planet row comprises a speed reduction planet row gear ring, a speed reduction planet row planet wheel and a speed reduction planet row sun wheel. The shell at one side of the ISG motor stator is connected with the hollow shaft through a bearing.
