The invention discloses a bulletproof tire structure. The bulletproof tire structure comprises a tire (1), one or more centering positioning nails (3) are arranged on each of the two sides of the supporting body (2) in the tire (1); and the support body (2) is in contact with the inner edge (5) of the bottom of the tire on the inner side of a rim (4) through the centering positioning nails (3) onthe two sides, so that the support body (2) is always positioned at the center line (6) of the rim. The technology that the centering positioning nails are additionally arranged on the side face of the supporting body is adopted. The centering positioning nails are arranged on the side face of the supporting body and do not affect assembling of the bulletproof tire, in the inflation process, the centering positioning nails absorb pressure and vibration generated in the left-right sliding process of the supporting body, left-right automatic centering of the supporting body is achieved, and thesupporting body is located in the center of the rim all the time. The bulletproof tire structure has the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in installation, high dynamic balance performance and the like, can be used for vehicles with bulletproof and air leakage-proof requirements, and has a better effect.

    本发明公开了一种防弹轮胎结构,包括轮胎(1);轮胎(1)内的支撑体(2)两侧均设有一个或多个对中定位钉(3);支撑体(2)通过两侧的对中定位钉(3)与轮辋(4)内侧轮胎底部内缘(5)接触,以保持支撑体(2)始终位于轮辋中心线(6)位置。本发明采用在支撑体侧面加装对中定位钉的技术。对中定位钉设在支撑体侧面不影响防弹轮胎的装配,在充气使用过程中,对中定位钉吸收来自支撑体左右滑动过程中产生的压力和振动,实现支撑体左右自动对中,支撑体始终位于轮辋中心。本发明具有结构简单、安装方便、动平衡性能好等特点,可供有防弹、防漏气要求的车辆使用,效果较佳。
