The invention provides a wrist-arm mounting robot. The wrist-arm mounting robot consists of a wrist arm part stacking area, a wrist arm part lifting area, a wrist arm part posture adjusting area and manual operation areas, and the main parts comprises rollers, a conveying device, an electric lifting device, a vehicle frame and the like. The high-efficiency wrist-arm mounting robot is designed by utilizing various technologies, the wrist arm part stacking area consists of a certain number of rollers in parallel, and the rollers are connected with a motor and can rotate actively or passively; the wrist arm part lifting area consists of the conveying device with a rectangular protrusion on a conveying belt; the wrist arm part posture adjusting area consists of the electric lifting device withtwo hooks, the hooks are connected with a lifting device main body by virtue of flexible ropes, and a support of the lifting device can be put down when the installation operation is not carried out;and stairs on the left side of the vehicle frame and bottom and top platforms are the manual operation areas. According to the wrist-arm mounting robot, low efficiency, laboriousness and a series ofpotential security problems existing in manual installation of a wrist arm are solved.

    本发明提供了一种腕臂安装机器人,其由腕臂零件堆放区、腕臂零件提升区、腕臂零件姿态调整区和人工操作区域四个工作区域组成,主要零部件包括滚筒、传送装置、电动升降装置和车架等。本发明利用多种技术,设计出一种高效率的腕臂安装机器人,腕臂零件堆放区域由一定数量的滚筒并列组成,滚筒接有电机,可主动或被动转动;腕臂零件提升区由传送带带有长方体突起的传送装置组成;腕臂零件姿态调整区由带有两个挂钩的电动升降装置组成,挂钩依靠柔性绳与升降装置主体连接,且升降装置的支架在未进行安装作业时可放倒;车架左侧楼梯及底部和顶部平台均为人工操作区域。本发明解决了现在依靠人力安装腕臂存在的效率低、费力及一系列潜在安全性问题。
